Our furnace went out last night and it was 19 degrees outside. We called John at Alcon Mechanical and he had a tech at our door 10 minutes after we got off the phone. They had it diagnosed and had our heat up and running before 9am. Thank you very much to John and the guys at Alcon Mechanical! These guys are pros!

From sales, to product, to install, to service, Alcon Mechanical Inc. is my "ACE NUMBER ONE"! I have had scheduled installations.....perfect. I have had SURPRISE events,.....On property, later that day! Dealt with! Then, the ULTIMATE SURPRISE EVENT! 2 , 100 gallon hot water tanks ruptured at my facility. Middle of December. I called Scott. They were finishing up their Christmas party. Techs, ON-SITE, about an hour and some change later! Building had adequate hot water that evening. Fully operational the next morning! I called yesterday for repair of our industrial ac unit on our roof at our diner. The guys sent were wonderful and explained everything well. Price was very reasonable also. Thank you Alcon mechanical!

Air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree day. Called and they had someone out next morning and fixed it. Rob was technician that came and he was great. Much thanks and appreciation.

Furnace went out yesterday, new one was installed today. Very responsive service and the techs that did the installation were professional and cleaned up after done. Thank you so much!
