Eric performs incredibly thorough preventative maintenance checks and ensures that every issue is documented both before and after the work is completed. His crew is just as detail-oriented — so much so that you wouldn’t even know they had been there, aside from the fact that the worksite always looks better when they leave than when they arrived. It took quite a process to work with my insurance company and Eric was there to help - also while I was away for a few months! The dealings with the insurance company’s estimator and what needed to be done were INCREDIBLE. Six years ago Eric put a new full roof on for us (my husband Steve Laughlin who designed and built the house) and we were so pleased then! But even more now! Eric is a delight to work with and the quality of the work is remarkable! The aluminum facing on the upstairs patio railings and columns is really super, thanks Eric!!
