This shop appears to be running a scam. While I was stopped at a red light, I was hit from behind by another vehicle. The driver who hit me came out, apologized and said he didn’t have insurance. But, he said he would pay to get it fixed. I asked how he plans to do that. He said he’s from the area and knows an auto body shop nearby. We went there and the driver agreed to pay the shop. I made an appointment with the shop to get the work done. When it came time to pick up my car, the shop would not release the car because they said they couldn’t get payment from the guy. And they would not release the car until it was paid. Thus, I had no choice to pay $275 to fix the minor damage. The work done on the bumper was not satisfactory, you can still see the indent where the bumper was hit. Ultim
