Living in florida, AC isn't an option, it's a requirement. We use another service provider for our yearly maintenance and we will now be switching to Aleco! Our AC for the first floor went out after putting my newborn to bed and it started getting hotter and hotter in her room. Luckily our upstairs unit was working so if needed I could have moved her upstairs, but who wants to wake a sleeping baby! The company we normally use doesn't have 24 hour service and the other companies I called either couldn't come even for emergency services for days or until the next morning. Alex answered right away at 930pm and John was there within 2 hours. He fixed the problem promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. He even found faulty wiring that had melted and could have caused a house fire. The work

Alex and Ric came to my rescue. They offered prompt service and did everything they could to do a quick fix to buy me some time even though I knew I needed a new unit. Unfortunately a quick fix was not an option but they bent over backwards with a quick solution to get us up and running again. They are above and beyond with their customer service and I appreciate everything they did to get us through this stressful event. Within 2 days, new unit has been installed and working great! Aleco AC & Heating Experts is an outstanding A/C company that I've turned to several times and have always been impressed with their service. When I needed three dampers replaced during a scorching hot day in August last year at my father's townhouse, they responded quickly, diagnosed the issue honestly, and charged a fair, reasonable price. More recently, after hurricane Helene damaged my home's A/C beyond repair, Aleco's team was extremely helpful—they guided me through my options, explained which systems would be sized right for my house, and answered all my questions. Marquis, the service tech, and Ric, the manager were very professional, personable, and overall a pleasure to work with. They didn't try to hustle me into a new AC system like most companies will when they service a unit that is as old as mine and were very honest about the repairs that needed to be made. I liked being able to have a video chat with Ric after Marquis did the service so that we could talk about options. I recommend this company, appreciate that they employ veterans and military reservists, and I'll be calling them again.
