First time using this wonderful local company. We called yesterday with a clogged drain line in the deep freezer and got the first appt this morning. Mr. Ripley came on time and was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't take long at all to get that problem fixed. He even helped us replace the feet on our dryer. We will definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to friends and family. It's hard finding good, honest workers anymore, especially ones that take pride in their work. First time needing appliance repair. They fit me in when they on a busy holiday week. The technician Drew did a quick job, showed me exactly what was wrong and how things worked as he repaired it. Was very friendly and willing to share his knowledge on what are the best washer and dryer brands out there that last for future reference. Will certainly recommend them and use them again if needed.

The heating element on our dryer was throwing a code consistently and not drying clothes anymore. I called Monday and Scott Ripley came out immediately to diagnose. Part was ordered, arrived Wednesday and installed all before family comes in town for the 4th of July weekend, and we will need our dryer!!! Fair prices, professional and timely. Recently had our dryer belt break. Called Ripley's and they had the belt in stock. When I stopped in to pick it up the next day one of their Techs, sorry I did not get his name, walked in and took the time to explain the correct process and basically showed me how to do the repair. I was able to install the replacement belt exactly as he described it to me. All total it took my wife and I about 30-40 minutes.
