I had a very disappointing experience with Alex Moving. When I unpacked my TV last Sunday, I noticed it didn’t have corner protectors, which raised some concerns. But it wasn't until today that I turned on the TV and discovered it had been damaged on one of the corners. I contacted the person in charge, who supposedly has insurance for situations like this. First, they claimed it had been over a week and that my TV was protected with corner guards. This is completely untrue, as I personally unpacked and installed the TV on the wall, and there were no corner protectors whatsoever. When I pointed this out, they changed their story, saying they were confused because they handle thousands of TVs every week, and those usually have protectors. My question is: why didn’t mine have them, and why

Fantastic moving company I would recommend them 1000% percent. Helped me in a jam super quick. I called next they they were there helping me out. Can’t say too many companies like this one. Great service great movers nothing damaged and the price was very very reasonable

Janice left me a voicemail to call her regarding my delivery that was on a 2 hour delay. She left no phone number to call. I spent 2 hours attempting to research and contact a human at Lowe’s to find out how to reach her. Then when I do finally reach her, she says my delivery won’t be here today. NO CALL NO UPDATE… I had to call them to find this out. She tells me the earliest time is Monday but can’t give me a time. I hang up with her and call Lowe’s only for them to tell me it’s still in SC! It’s not even at the Birmingham RXO HUB to deliver it to me.

The gentlemen work for Alex moved me were fast, efficient, and very professional. It wasn’t an easy job and tons of stairs and heavy items and not once were they negative or rude. Great job guys.

Alex Moving Company helped me to move my stuff. They were very professional, friendly, careful and responsible. Their price is very reasonable also. They are not pain in the neck like other companies they help for whatever convenient for you. They responded my every call and message right away. I had no problem.
