I moved into my condo last fall and the garage floor was cracked, pitted and stained. I knew I had to have something done so I called Alexander Concrete and Coating. Michael came out, took some pictures, sat down and explained everything and gave me a price. I called him the next week, and gave me a date for the install. Harry and Josh came and after grinding the floor, said there was some moisture and would have to come back when it dried. Harry and Sam came 4 days later on a Sunday and finished the job. It is beautiful!! Never thought I’d be so excited about a garage floor! Harry, Josh and Sam were super nice and answered any questions that I had and did a wonderful job! I love my Pebble Beach garage floor! A big thank you to Alexander Concrete and Coating!!

I have nothing bad to say about the company, the products, or the installers. Our garage floor was determined to need a moisture barrier which involved some weather specific conditions and a two day process. Sam, one of our installers kept in contact as the April weather fluctuated, having to reschedule the install twice. Thankfully the third time was a charm, and we couldn’t be happier. Sam and Ken were awesome! Me being nosey, I watched a good portion of the process and they answered any and all questions that I had. They were both courteous and professional. I think my favorite statement was “you definitely picked the right color. It matches both your brick and home siding colors perfectly!” When deciding, the Chestnut color, it seemed a bit dark and I was afraid of how it would darke

My 25yr. old garage floor was starting to show age with staining, pitting, and cracking. My wife and I and Cocoa spend a lot of time out there. Two summers ago my neighbor had his garage floor coated. It was beautifully done. He recommended that I call 'Alexander Concrete Coatings.' I finally made up my mind and did just that. I quickly had an appointment, and Michael did a great job explaining the process to me, so I picked a date. When Harry and Joe called prior to arriving that morning, they showed much courtesy and professionalism. Along with punctuality, which I value. After hours of hard work, I now have a masterpiece. Sam, Ken and Josh did repair work on our Pebble Beach garage floor that was installed 2 years ago. We had efflorescence delamination which is moisture coming up from underneath the concrete foundation. This had nothing to do with how our original floor was installed. It just happens once in awhile when too much moisture is present. Michael came out to look at it the same day that I called which was impressive! He took pictures and told us they would completely sand down two sections of our garage floor and remove all the material and replace it with newer better moisture barrier product and then replace the Polyurea floor basically redoing both sections.
