Last Saturday our well-pump stopped working. I called the company on the sticker on the control box to just reach a voicemail. Luckily I heard from a neighbor and another trusted supplier about Bobby Alexander and his company. Bobby was at the property within an hour, investigated the cause put measures in place for the team to come out on Monday, AND provide a source of potable water. Gerhard Haas, the water truck owner arrived within another hour and pumped 2600 gal into our tank securing our water supply. Bobby's team came out on Monday and Wednesday to make the well-pump work again. The shipping of the part was the reason for not having done this even earlier. I can't thank Bobby and his team enough. You will be in good hands.

Thanks to Alexander Pump, our well has never produced better. Before Bobby and his crew started working on our water well, it was producing near zero. Our well was not an easy one to fix. It was clogged and needed to be scrubbed. Bobby’s crew had to modify a cleaning tool to make sure that the well was completely free of blockages. Not only did they succeed, but the well is producing about 150% more than when it was drilled. Alexander Pump’s crews do excellent work. They are experienced, professional and great to work with. I highly recommend them.

No water from our well system. Called Bobby and he came to the property right away, discovered the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes!! Highly recommended!!! Update: turned out we needed a new booster pump (worn bearings) as it kept shutting itself off. Bobby replaced it for a good price and all is well now!

Had 2 bladder tanks go bad, Bobby came out on a Friday and checked them to get sizes and was back on Monday morning with 2 new tanks and installed them in 30 minutes, fast service and easy to contact!
