Had Alexander’s come out back in August of 2025. The ladies in the office helped us find the flooring color we wanted. My husband also wanted a unique carpet for our theater room and OMG THEY DELIVERED. They had BINDERS of options. We were having windows installed around the same time and they were very accommodating with scheduling (the flooring and carpet arrived quick!) There was a slight issue with the floor install (miscommunication), as well as with the baseboards (needed another coat of paint), but they got it corrected quickly. Had 2 installers (one for the vinyl flooring, one for carpet) and they were both great. Arrived every morning ready to go. I had my primary bedroom recarpeted recently and am beyond pleased with the quality of the carpet and installation. Having compared products from other companies prior to getting quotes, I was very impressed with the variety of flooring Alexanders had in their showroom.

Great experience start to finish. Needed to re-carpet areas due to water leak. Arthur took measurements and provided reasonable estimate. Picked out the flooring at the showroom with plenty of help from the staff. Thank you Sandra, Lynette, Doris and the rest of the knowledgeable crew for answering all of our flooring questions. Mr. Montoya, the installer, confirmed appointment, arrived at set time and flawlessly fitted new carpet. We are presently getting the other areas ready for a new flooring upgrade. We just got done using Alexander’s for the purchase and install of new flooring in our home. They were by far the best price and the install crew was the best! The office staff was easy to work with and were very professional. We will use them again for other projects on our home and will be referring them out to our friends!
