Alex and Amy are a top notch Team. I highly recommend them for any brand pool heater and a/c repair. I had an emergency situation with a guest arrival for a rental home. Alex and Amy took my panicked call! Calmed me down!! Then within 2 hours!! They had squeezed me into their busy schedule and quickly repaired the pool heater. Incredibly Great people !!Very reasonable and prompt to reply!!

I cannot say enough about the Service that I received from Amy and Alex related to a pool heater. I had a horrible experience with another company and was recently referred to them and I’m so glad I was. Their communication is top-notch, their work is top-notch and they don’t overcharge for their services. I don’t recommend companies that I haven’t used myself and I certainly don’t recommend companies that don’t do incredible work. Alex’s pool Conditioning does incredible work. I highly recommend them.

Great service and would definitely recommend. Our pool heater wasn’t working before our daughter was expected to visit from out of town and Amy was wonderful and called me back early on a Monday morning. Alex came by the next day and replaced the switch. Easy peasy and reasonably priced. Thank you both!

Our pool heater was not working so we called Alex’s pool heating repair. The call was answered by someone who was very courteous and helpful. Their technician was at our house the next day and had the pool heater up and running before they left. I would definitely recommend Alex’s for your repair needs.
