Fast, efficient communication. Even though our issue wasn't an emergency, they were able to get someone here quickly and he resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. This is the third time we've used them, and they have been consistent in their excellent service.

Called Alfa Plumbing for an estimate to replace water heater. Aaron came out to inspect and estimate and then he said Erin and Sal would be out to install. Job is finished and I have hot water. Thank you. Next project to have water filter installed.

After calling one business whose recorded message stated that they would try to get back to me in a couple of days (still have not heard from them), I called Jorge. He got back to me promptly, and gave me a date and time range from 12-2. Jorge and Alfa plumbing has done two jobs for us, including rebuilding old worn-out taps that were difficult to replace. Their approach saved us having to replace the entire sink.
