Alfalla’s Well Drilling and Pumps

This is a bit of an unusual review, but we didn’t get to use them to drill our well because my husband found a problem with the pipe as he was pulling the well head in preparation for them coming. But Terry came out in sub zero weather to let us know he could drill our well deeper and would call to let us know when he could get here. He called the next day to say he was hoping for the beginning of the following week if the temps cooperated. My husband discovered the other issue in the meantime and called to let them know. They were genuinely happy he found it and answered some questions my husband had. Before ending the call he told my husband to call him if he had any other questions, or even if we needed help. There was no pressure to drill anyways or acting as if my husband may not have

Alfalla's came and drilled a well for me even with sub-freezing temperatures and a ground covered in snow. Everything went as well as you could hope, and Terry was super communicative, which is always really appreciated, especially not living near the location where the work was done.

Came out 3 years ago to change a pump in Jan and did a great job, came out again this year to help with a water tank replacement. It’s a relief to have a reliable well technician in a pinch. They were able to come on short notice and explain clearly whatever the situation and answer my questions. Grateful!

Did an amazing job and helped us when our well pipe cracked . Answered on a Saturday and was promptly there getting it fixed. If I could I would give 1000 stars. Will never use another company ever again but them. Highly recommend.

I called Alfalla because my water pressure was close to nonexistent. He quickly figured out I needed to change my pressure filter (which I had done before but it was long enough ago that I had forgotten as it was in in cabin I hadn’t been using). I have to thank Alfalla profusely for pointing this out and not requiring a service call! Thank you Alfalla!
