We hired Alfred Floors to redo our master bath and refinish the hardwoods in our cabin. The floors came out beautiful and our master bath is exactly what I had pictured! They were easy too communicate with through the process and everything was completed on time. We called them back a year later to tile our downstairs shower and it too, looks amazing. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Alfred Floors is a wonderful company to seek out hardwood floor repair or refinish. The workers are respectful, focused & willing to go above and beyond to give you the product that you are paying for. Unlike most companies they will put in the extra time at the end of the day to leave your home as clean as possible prior to departure . Not to mention the overall craftsmanship involved was a pleasure to witness ! These guys are professionals in every way possible ! These floors were originally installed in 1946 & had many areas to repair from termite damage , however the crew was more than happy to accommodate any additional request to ensure that me and my wife had no regrets & received the results that we were paying for ! These guys are the absolute best!! I had a recommendation from a friend for Alfred Floors. He gave me the number, I texted Alfredo, and he was at our house the next day for an estimate! The cost was half what we expected! The guys were on time, super nice and left no mess for extra cleanup! They did the entire first floor of our house complete in 2 and 1/2 days! This is the second time we have contracted with Alfredo Floors to remodel our guest bathroom. And the second time Alfredo has knocked the ball out of the park. He makes sure every detail is fine tuned and is precise with the engineering details. His work is breath-takingly beautiful. My wife is totally satisfied with the results. Alfredo the boss came and took measurements of all of the rooms and I explained that I wanted hardwood installed in certain parts of my home. He quoted me a price and we agreed on it. After two days of working I noticed his men didn’t even start ripping out the carpet in my 3rd bedroom. After speaking with Alfredo on the matter he continued to say we never agreed on any of it and that I was just trying to get free flooring. I continued with job since I had already paid him and he said that he would not refund me any money. He kept preaching quality and while the floors that they did do look nice, he still left a rough spot around my toilet which I believe is rotten wood and his crew just put finish over it.
