Very disappointed! Shane came out because we had a ton of bats flying around our property. He got in the attic and said he heard “squeaking“! He told us he needed to install a one way door and would be out to remove it in a few days. We were ghosted and he never showed back up. I called 2 weeks later he was on vacation and he would come out when he got back home. Never heard from him again! To make matters worse he put holes in our roof and my husband got on the roof to remove the so called one way door. All he did was screw a piece of gutter to the house! There was no cut out for a one way door at all. There was never anything in the attic. He was at our house for 20 min and charged 500 dollars for holes in our roof no door no bats to even be removed. Shane and is his work are Amazing. I called him on a Friday afternoon for Bats in one of clients attics and he was out first thing Saturday morning.
