All About Comfort

We hired Habib to install a new boiler at my MILs house. Her boiler had failed and we needed the job done as soon as possible. He did the job for a very reasonable price and was able to start installation faster than any other company that we called.  He completed the work in the timeframe promised and was very courteous and professional.

My boiler system was leaking and in need of repair. Habib came over quickly and did an outstanding job of replacing all the necessary parts and got my system back up and running better than it ever has. He explained everything in great detail and is very professional. His price was excellent. I highly recommend and will use him for all future HVAC needs!

If I could give Habib negative stars, I would. We hired him to fix part of our AC unit for one of our rental properties. Not only did not fix the problem, he damaged the unit requiring us to hire another contractor. When we confronted him asking for the fee the money that we had paid for the labor and wasted materials (~ $900), he refused saying that even though he didn’t fix it, he spend a lot of time trying. We didn’t hire him and pay him for a participation trophy. He created a bigger and more expensive problem and we are currently pursuing legal action.

UNPROFESSIONAL. I called who I believe is the owner, Habib, off a friend who mentioned him. He was incredibly irritated when answering the phone, like almost yelling at me because it was 9:30 in the morning... like what? Anyways i didn't press the conversation past that. contractors should be happy when people are interested in hiring them not get into a temper tantrum
