We had a great experience with Grace and Cristian at All About Pest! We recently discovered rodent activity and droppings in our attic, and they came out to do a very thorough inspection of our entire home. They found and sealed all the entry points, then completely cleaned and sanitized the attic to make sure everything was safe and rodent-free. Cristian truly went above and beyond. He took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was handled properly. Grace and Cristian even took before-and-after photos and videos so we could clearly see the work that was done and the difference it made, which we really appreciated. On behalf of myself and my mom Maura, we cannot speak more highly about the service provided. They were the first company that had an actual human answer the phone instead of an operator and had excellent customer service. We had a bee problem on our roof and they came within a couple of hours. They got rid of the bees and even helped us fill the hole in our roof where they nested. Their customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable! Overall, very grateful for their diligence. Absolutely wonderful!
