Follow up service sucks can’t get warranty info for 6 months. Would like a third party to review the job. looks bad for a marine owned company. 3 years agy

Kim and her team were amazing! They were able to diagnose damage to our well at a rental property the same day I called and fixed the issue the following day. We did pay half up front and were given a detailed receipt/ invoice with the owner signature. The team worked hard into the night to repair the well. I highly recommend this company. We will use this company in the future with any water related issue.

While the service we had was good, trying to get in contact with All About Water LLC proved to be more difficult than it ever should have been. Countless voicemails, messages, and emails were left about our receipt and water test results. I was called back twice with the promise the results would be given to us the same day. We ended up having to have someone else do it. I appreciate the work but I don’t appreciate the lack of communication. On top of everything, they were almost 2 hours late every time they came out here. They do good work. But communicating with them was just ridiculous.

I was without water on a Saturday. I called Kim and and she and Allen came out and did an amazing job. They rebuilt my well pump saving me considerable expense and I have better water pressure than I’ve ever had. They are professional, caring and truly do outstanding work. They even had cleaning supplies to clean my floor before they left. Their prices are fair and honest! I can’t thank them enough!

I cannot express what an exceptional job our technician did. He went well and above beyond the scope of any ordinary contractor. I will be recommending these guys as often as I can. Truly first class. He was thorough, thoughtful, committed to a proper repair, and even did his work after normal hours in the cold. You cannot go wrong with them.
