They were both incredibly professional and knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question I had for them. Their response time was excellent, and they arrived promptly. The pricing was fair and transparent, which made the whole process stress-free. John and Joel completed a thorough repair, maintenance and duct cleansing, making sure the system was running perfectly before they left. The professionalism, friendliness, quality of work, and overall service were outstanding from start to finish. I can not say enough good things about this company. My AC was not working and the company I was using pretty much told me to take my issues up with Lennox. I called All Air & Heat and talked to Jennifer. She listened to my concerns and the guys came to my home the next day. My outside unit was filthy and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in the 3 years since it was installed. (I paid for a yearly maintenance plan) There were so many other issues but I don't have room to list them all. John & Joel spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning and testing the unit. In the end, what I was originally told was wrong, was not the problem at all. (Which would have cost double of what I ended up paying) Today, my unit is clean and working wonderfully. We called regarding getting our AC ducts cleaned, as it's never been done in the 21 years we've been in this house. Our original date had to be changed due to the tech needing surgery. Hey, things happen that are beyond anyone's control. They were considerate and professional enough to call and explain things to us, and to reschedule, instead of just not showing up. The tech took a bit longer than anticipated, but that's just fine with us...much better than a rush-job!! He was thorough, professional, and just an all-around good guy. They wanted to put dye in my ac unit & charge me over $400. Thats the worst thing to do to a unit, so I said no, I called American air plumbing & electricity. They came out put gages on system fixed it for less then All airs Service call !! That was a year ago & its still working fine !
