Kenny is a knowledgable person with excellent customer service skills. Kenny the plumber and Greg the dispatcher at All Aloha Plumbing made my experience as smooth as possible. Kenny works longs hours, whatever it takes to get the job done correctly. Kenny was also very responsive to phone calls, taking them immediately or getting right back to me and even took calls after hours. His work space was very clean and well organized. He was polite, professional and very thorough. I observed him being patient and respectful to other coworkers, both in-person and over the phone. I had some trouble roughing in a shower faucet on my remodel for my bathroom. Gave all Aloha a call and they sent down Jaron in a timely matter. He was very professional, great communicator and was very pin point on what he was going to do and why he was doing it. He got there when he said he would and he did what he said he was going to do. Excellent service from start to finish. Responded fast, diagnosed the backup of sewage and fixed the plumbing issue right away and the cost was very fair. Everyone was courteous and professional. Would definitely use All Aloha Plumbing again and recommend them to others. Also they cleaned and left the area spotless and smelling good again!

Dispatcher Greg did great following up with me after the AI system mistakenly thought I was not in a covered area (Makawao). He was accommodating to my schedule as well. Jaron was thorough in his explanation of pricing out the job. It was a simple fix (tank gasket replacement), and his experience showed as the job was completed quickly. It was only an hour from arrival to departure, so it didn't interrupt any weekend plans. I also appreciate the shoe coverings while inside the house. Overall, everything about my experience was easy to maneuver, I felt like a valued customer, and I will be a returning customer should I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Great service! From the call center to the worker. Friendly, patient, kind. The worker explained everything and I appreciated his patience while I called my parents who were abroad and were more familiar with the issues that were going on. He broke down the cost and thoroughly explained in detail the issue and what it would take to permanently fix it. Definitely would recommend!
