Hey found some good people great service put me back in business thanks appreciate staff and owner really took care of me ! New post well folks they’ve done it again took care all my lawn equipment needs appreciate you guys again everything running beautifully!

Purchased a Bad Boy 54" zero turn approx. 2-3 years ago, Kohler 7000 series 26 HP. Was not cheap. The purchase was easy. Went back for my first break in service approx. 5-10 hours whatever the owner's manual suggested. I was sold a different oil filter than what was originally on the mower. They said it was a better filter. They had difficulty finding what stock filter came on their own mower????? Went back for the second maintenance period and was sold a different oil (Kawasaki 15W 20} they said that this new oil was now recommended for my mower because of extreme heat in Florida. Went back for the third interval of maintenance today. They had 2 young ladies working the showroom floor and one of the asked if she could help me. Jeff was fantastic. I walked in no appointment. Didn't talk to anyone beforehand. Just came in. He helped me get the blades that were stuck on my mower off in record time. He had to torch them off by the way. And put the new ones on in less than an hour. If you have a problem this is the place. Did I mention that fed me breakfast as well. Owner was a great guy. Totally recommend.

Very very very slow in repairing equipment. Customer service is horrible, very unfamiliar with the type of business the young lady works for, I requested several new parts be replaced along with the actual repair be done, they were not replaced. I will NOT bring a single piece to them again, if you're ok with being without your equipment for a long time, then go.. This was a learning experience, shame on me. Will be taking all my equipment to Dewayne's mower repair from now on, he's quick and much much cheaper, and very knowledgeable on all equipment. This place is horrible!!
