All American Air

The communication and service we received from Chris with All American Air was excellent. As promised, he let us know when he was about 10 minutes out from arriving at our home. When scheduling they gave us a 2 hour window period and we were greatly pleased that Chris arrived just a few minutes ahead of the window start time. Chris was friendly and respectful. He seemed knowledgeable about the service being completed on our unit. We would highly recommend All American Air. Note: Price paid was for their annual service package (2 maintenance visits in 12 month period).

Chris S. arrived the same day I called for service. Chris quickly troubleshot the issues and provided a quote. Chris was an excellent communicator, clearly explaining the issues and providing options to resolve them. He resolved the issues and tested the system. Outstanding Service!

So I contacted All American air after having problems with another company and a new unit that was less than two years old. I contacted Jeff the sales guy and was in contact with him and had scheduled them to put in a new unit to replace the one I was having issues with. The installers, Dave and Dave showed app on time,very nice guys down-to-earth, straightforward, and installed the new unit while carefully removing the old one. So there was no damage to it. They had a couple minor issues. They work very diligently to troubleshot it, and fixed it right up. I could not be happier or colder, the rest of this summer. I highly recommend All American Air.

I recently purchased my new condo and was experiencing some issues with the air conditioner. Eliel was the technician assigned to come out, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. He went above and beyond—patiently explaining how everything works so that I could understand the system for the future. The issue ended up being a simple fix, and he handled it calmly and professionally the entire time. Eliel came to do maintenance on my system. While here, he was able to help me with installing a wi fi thermostat. He took the time to explain what he was doing in terms I understood. He also helped me installing the app on my phone, which required a lot patience, as I am not tech literate.
