I have a four month old GE window unit that keeps freezing up and it’s not blowing cold only cool. The man has come out on a couple of occasions now. He listens to nothing you have to say and he’s extremely argumentative and even if he’s wrong, he’s right, just ask him!! The first time he looked at the unit he did absolutely nothing. Told me to unplug it and let it rest. The second time he came out he tried to tell me there’s nothing wrong with the unit. It’s working completely fine. He told me to run it over night and if it happens again to take pics which I did. It froze up again after running 10 to 12 hours and started blowing heat. If I could say no stars this is what they deserve. They called the morning of to change the “window” and then called before the window. Was not able to answer. Called back and got voicemail from both numbers. Finally at 12:00p got ahold of them and was told since I didn’t answer next availability is the following week. I’m a family of 5 who bought a BRAND new washer. Having to use whirlpool warranty. When talking to receptionist she could not help AT all and kept sorry we can’t do that. Communication on changing the time was not efficient or effect. I recommend not wasting you time if you can chose someone else.

Lowes assigned this company for my refriderator repair. Someone came and accessed the problem and said a part needed to be ordered. I've heard nothing since and that was 7 months ago. I've called Lowes twice regarding this issue. They contacted All American Appliance on my behalf, once after 3 months, to find out the part is still on order, and now at 7 months, with no response yet.

The owner Sean came to my house to fix an appliance did not fix it walked out the house with his bag said said another appointment. It was extremely rude to my wife in front of my kids. I don’t recommend this company zero stars for me if I could give zero stars.

This company deserves 0 stars. After confirming that the appointment would be from 12-5, my husband specifically requested time off from his job at the hospital to be here for the repair. They later called and changed the appointment from 8-12, which is unbelievable already, but luckily I was able to be home during this time. After confirming with them at 9am that someone was home and ready for the appointment, this company NEVER showed up. I then called asking when they would be here and they said they would not be coming today because I didn't confirm that someone was home, which is an outright lie.
