I had an old sub zero, wasn’t working properly and water of the ice compartment was leaking, I called All American Appliance, they sent a gentleman coming prepared, had the part I needed base on my phone call’s description. Everything got repaired quickly, the price is very reasonable and the most important part is, they are reliable, I would highly recommend them.

This was the second time I had needed an appliance repair in January. I was very satisfied with the first call. However, this time, I was disappointed. The technicians were knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered. Both the technicians and the secretary confirming the order assured me the work would be completed by the end of the week. Although the part came in Thursday morning, I was told by the scheduler that the repair could not be made until Monday. This four day delay was a big inconvenience which required me to get a substitute to cover my previous Monday commitment. Clearly the issue was with the office, not the repairmen. I will hesitate to use this company again.

Wayne is a very experienced refrigerator mechanic. My freezer was working well but the refrigerator section was warm. He diagnosed the problem and did an excellent repair. I recomend All American. good communication
