Absolutely HONEST! Gave them a call after a friend's recommendation about an issue with my 8 year old Samsung washer. Told him what was going on and without hesitation he said it'll be too much to fix and to buy a new washer. He said he'd just be taking my money to come and "diagnose" it since the failure is a common issue after 8 years with the brand. Frankly told me to steer clear from Samsung and I'll be much better off. What stuck me as honest and positive about this company is they didn't want to just take my money on a lost cause! Also I appreciated the recommendation for a replacement. I followed what they said and I bought an LG. Use them without fear of being "taken"!

Troy did a great job fixing our Dryer. I was professional, on time and knows exactly what to do to get everything working perfectly again. Price: Totally fair! :) New heating unit and new heater and thermostat, Done Deal!

My Whirlpool washer started dripping from the top of the drum. I described the problem to Troy and he was able to order parts right away. He set a service call when the parts arrived and he showed up on time. He showed me how he fixed the problem and reset the washer. Troy cleaned up when he was done and was overall very courteous and efficient! I will definitely call Troy at All American Appliance Repair again if I need a household repair! ---Feb 2026. Troy came quickly, diagnosed a difficult dishwasher issue, replaced the part and got us up working again. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will use him again for any kitchen appliance problem.
