All-American Carpet Care

The worst carpet cleaning I have ever experienced!! I own many rentals and I've been in the real estate business for many years. I've always said to go to a particular carpet cleaner and my tenant chose this one. There were stains on the carpet that my tenant removed with Folex!! This should have been done by this so called carpet cleaner. All around the edges near the baseboard is black. I got a very rude call from the owner saying that is normal! Seriously?!! I have never had such terrible cleaning and you should definitely find another one in Redding.

Excellent job! Had great availability and professional. My carpets look brand new! He got stains out that I didn’t think were possible. Very happy with my experience.

I particularly like how the techs came in and put door edge protectors up wherever they might drag a hose so they didn’t damage the woodwork. I thought that was very professional. There were some spots that we missed for some reason and when I brought it to their attention they were eager to schedule a second visit to take care of those. This is a good company that is interested in customer service and follow up.

Our dog got skunked full on, and ran into the house and got the skunk spray on the carpet, sofa and bed frame. We are very happy with the cleaning service. They got the smell out, which is amazing. We will continue to use their services.
