Used luckys concrete for a concrete patio pour. Didn’t realize they are just a broker. They used All American Concrete to pour the slab and was told it would be a 2% grade and “nothing noticeable”. Unfortunately the slab was poured and had over a 6% slope (8” over 11 feet”. Was very steep, after raising my concern and pulling teeth just to get all American concrete to come and look at the issue, they told me they could fix a portion of it or if I pay an additional $1,500 for the new concrete, they will redo the entire slab, which luckys agreed was “fair”… So I was expected to pay extra just to get the patio I was promised. They claimed their contract with luckys concrete never stated a slope requirement, however I’m not sure anyone would ask for a patio that has a larger slope than any ro

Our salesman Jack made sure we got exactly what we wanted and were happy throughout the whole process. Our installer Dillan is the real MVP. He ended up doing this job by himself. There were a ton of more roots (big and small) to remove than expected, making a lot more work for him. Thank you again so much for your time, patience, and great work! Price was extremely fair seeing as a different company I received a quote from refused to do anything with the roots or rebury my internet line. Which All American did both, and capped a sprinkler. Would use again and would recommend
