We used this company to perform some repairs on our gutters along the seams where it was leaking. They put a metal gutter "patch" over the seam. Fast forward 3 months later, the patch has already failed and it's now leaking at the patch seams. The company said the repair came with no warranty, and blamed it on the gutters. They said they could come back out to fix it (again) but just like last time they would not warranty their repair. Im not aware of anyone that wants to install gutter patches 4 times a year (every 3 months). Pretty crazy Since this company can't do something as simple as sealing a seam on a gutter, I would not recommend using them. Eric and his installation team is very professional, values clients time. They came did there job and left, you can’t even tell as in no messes left behind. BTW Omar(Installer) is a master of his craft. I am trying to get them more business. They have earned it. Do your part support local businesses specially when they are good guys.

I had All American Gutters install new gutters in my home back in May. When the job was complete we noticed that one part had to be extended to prevent future water damage by the house wall. I have called and emailed them and no one has come out to fix the issue. They couldn't even give me a time frame as to when it could be done. This company is horrible with customer service and I wish I would have never used them. I would not recommend them. I wish I could give them zero stars.
