I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. They are skilled, know their business, and have a great attention to detail, as well as deliver very high-quality results! The Owner showed us some ideas that improved our project, and made our good idea perfect for us. We will gladly use them for our next concrete project, without a doubt!

I had a large concrete pad put in between my house and the neighbors' before COVID and unfortunately it was not engineered correctly to evacuate water. I contacted All American Flatwork to get a quote and Chris came out to look things over, took measurements of the area, and explained to me what he would need to do. Chris and his crew did a great job in removing the old slab, prepping the ground, and pouring and forming the new concrete. Chris even went out of his way to alleviate my concern that water would move out of the area. I highly recommend All American Flatwork for any residential concrete work, and I will contact them again should I need more work done.

All American Flatwork did a phenomenal job installing our stem wall foundation and spread & column footings which will be the strong foundation for our 2000 sq ft addition in Lakewood. Chris is a perfectionist and requires a high level of precision in his work. We are GC'ing our own addition and as well, Chris was patient and collaborative to get the design accurate to our plans.
