Had a great experience with this flooring company! Hamza was really helpful in finding samples that matched what I was envisioning while staying within my budget. The scheduling process was smooth, and the team worked quickly with a fast turnaround to get everything done. I had my stairs and the full upstairs redone, and Hamza was very attentive to detail—especially with plank placement. It’s been about a month now, and I’m satisfied with the product and overall results.

If you value accountability and clear communication, look elsewhere. The installers did solid work and were the only professional part of this experience. Everything else was mismanaged from the top down. The project timeline promised during the sales process was not honored, and when delays happened, our sales rep Hamzah refused to take responsibility and instead blamed the installation crew. That says a lot about leadership and company culture. After completion, I returned unopened flooring only after confirming with Hamzah that the refund would be handled properly. We recently had new carpet installed, and we were highly impressed with All American Flooring in Allen! Abraham was extremely knowledgeable concerning flooring samples and the installation process. He acknowledged all our questions and concerns and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The installation crew did a fabulous job as well. We couldn't be happier with our new carpet, and in the future, we will use All American Flooring in Allen for all our flooring needs!

Had 1 hiccup in the beginning but after that the manager and his team of installers did a fantastic job. 2 days and the job was done, that’s with busting up the tile and removing in 1 day and another day to lay the wood. They cleaned up after themselves which made it much easier to do a deep clean. Well after they completed the floors, the shoe mold needed to be put down and that took forever. The project started in March and they finally finished in July. I reached out and no one contacted me back until I started leaving nasty messages. Let’s just say I am glad this project is over and I want be using them for future projects…

We chose All American Flooring for an 18K job on hardwood floor to replace our carpet and match our existing wood. In the process we interacted with a sales team (led by Amaar), an operation team, a wood installation team, a finishing team, and a person for repair. Overall, it’s a great experience working with the company. They are professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. The quality of their work is decent. The match was very good to us, and we were glad that they could schedule an installation time quickly. We highly recommend AAF.
