All American Flooring did our bedrooms and closets. The crew that they sent to do the flooring were very courteous friendly and professional. They did an awesome job. Omar was very professional and courteous. He did exactly as he promised. He matched my flooring with the same flooring we had throughout the rest of the house. As a woman homeowner, I was alone in my house meeting with this contractor to go over the project. During that time, I was asked inappropriate, personal questions and experienced behavior that felt unprofessional and crossed a clear boundary. I was being hit on in my own home, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I’m sharing this because I don’t want other women who are having work done by themselves to be caught off guard or put in a similar situation. I can’t stress enough how unhappy we have been with the whole process. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Nothing the sales team promised happened. I was passed to multiple people who promised to fix the problems and nothing at all was done. My house was completely trashed for two full weeks plus a weekend (they quoted 5 days and said I could sleep at home each night). I stayed in 3 hotel rooms and 2 air bnbs moving my kids and suitcases around every few days as they never knew when it would be completed. They claimed to have a large in house team that would work in 5 stages. No, they put the subcontractors through hell (2-3 guys a day) and I’m 100% certain they are not paid enough. We’ve used All American Floors over the years with interior flooring and am glad to watch them grow and enjoyed visititing their latest store. Our most recent project was front and back exterior porches. They did a great job. Aziz was available and quick responding to our estimate questions and needs. Scheduling department was prompt. Jesus, Jose and Francisco were great installers!
