I highly recommend this business to anyone who has a pest problem or wants to prevent a problem on their property. We have a quarterly spray plan, and I haven't had to worry about seeing any bugs since we signed our first contract! Pricing is fair and is very affordable.

Sent us a “90 days past due” renewal bill for services we never received or signed up for. Purchased our home June 2022. AAPC showed up asking if we wanted to continue previous owner’s service. We declined. They showed up again August 2024 with same question — again we declined. Shortly after we received a bill for “overdue” renewal of services (in our name - not previous owners). Scam.

Regular preventive service done by this company for many years. Never any issues. Very quick to do extra service if there are spiders etc showing up unexpectedly . Very good service and comparable pricing.

We have been dealing with All American Pest for several years now. We have never had a problem with them. They come every three months and are always there within 30 minutes of our appointment. (usually early) If we see any sign of a bug within the three month period, we call and they come right back out and spray again at no charge. We are well pleased with the service we get.

I don't normally leave reviews but I was shocked to see how many negative reviews this place has! I had issues with roaches and fruit flies when we first moved in and american pest always comes within a few days when we call! Our exterminator (pretty sure we have bob, he's awesome would highly recommend) is always friendly and very professional. Being as terrified of bugs as I am I tend to call a LOT and they're always happy to help! Love this place if you're looking for a good exterminator you've found one!
