The contractor company I chose was “All American”, which was sent by my insurance to work on my condo after a water heater broke above my condo and caused a severe flood. The teams were exceptional and the employees were very knowledgeable, particularly their flooring team. In under 2 months, they finished the entire water damage restoration project. They worked six days a week and kept me informed every step of the way. Ms. Lori and Ms. Vanessa were truly outstanding in their communication with me throughout the entire process.

Excellent quality work and professional techs did absolute wonders in repairing the damaged areas and painted everything. Cleanup for us was very minimal. The techs cleaned up after themselves. They put plastic on the floors, carpets, over furniture Fantastic work. Thank you very much

Unfortunately the experience with All American has been unsatisfactory. The company was quick to come and demolish half our kitchen due to a main pipe break. There is a severe lack of communication between the subcontractors, CM, estimators and the administrative office. There was never anyone who would take accountability for appointments or deadlines being missed or delayed. I was constantly reaching out to several people to get a timeframe of when parts of our kitchen could be repaired. Hector(CM), Adam(estimator), the "Cabinet Techs", Hernan(the countertop contact) and Lorrie would just point fingers at one person or another as to why there was some kind of delay and error made. The only positive experience I had was with the painters who came and made sure they didn't leave a mess and

I go through my property manager who uses them a lot. I have no complaints about the quality of their work and the results of their remediation of my latest rental problem looked quite good. Their people are responsive. I would suggest keeping in the communications loop between the insurance company claims adjuster and All American. For myself, I found a bit of a disconnect between them (a prior claim) due to the limitations of the insurer's email system. I gave it a little push and things rolled on. I was aware of the potential so kept an eye on it and things this time went better. They did fine.

Very professional company would recommend it to anybody first time I ever had my roof replaced and my exterior walls were stucco.They work extremely well with the home insurance companies. They did all the plans to make sure everything was covered all I had to pay was my deductible it took about five months for the jobs to get done once it was done it was 100% satisfactory I would recommend this company over and over. The staff and their team was a pleasure to work with.
