Less than 24 hours after closing, I found my new home flooded by the previous owners. Mitigation and restoration took two months but within a month the new flooring was lifting because of residual moisture not addressed by the first contractor. It was devastating to see all the flooring removed again, and I found it very difficult to trust another company to manage the restoration a 2nd time and restore my flooring properly. We had a water pipe break in the attic which resulted in the ceiling falling in in the living room and garage. We had a great experience! Excellent work and very nice people!
