Cullen and Gilbert came out and performed like professionals! They both shared their experience with me on the type of system I had and explained how each section in the tank worked in conjunction with each other. I had very little knowledge about the aerobic septic system I have and know that they left I feel more confident with having a maintenance plan with them, along with having services done by them!

They were recommended to me by a local plumbing company. They arrived within 2 hours and did the job quickly and efficiently. The guys were super nice, the quoted price was accurate and their truck was super clean. I’ll use them again!

Asked them to come out and empty my “poo” tank, was quoted $150 per 500 gallons. When they got here, I asked them again “I owe you $150 right?” They said “yes if that’s what you were quoted.” I come inside and wrote a check and waited. Then they come get me and say they want to charge me $250 first then they said $225 to seal something in the one tank I asked to be emptied, so I let them. When my husband got home we looked down in the tank with a long mirror and seen nothing that they “sealed” the tank was still the same, water was leaking from the normal drain pipe. Then they come tell me I owe $450 for them emptying all 3 tanks. MIND YOU, the other two weren’t full, in fact you could see to the ground, and could see all the way down to the pump in 3rd.
