It is unfortunate that the poor rating was posted on this businesses google review when ALL AMERICAN SPRAY FOAM didn't have anything to do with the poor review other than provide the customer with other options due to a theft of all of ALL AMERICAN SPRAY FOAM's Equipment My sincerest apologies to this customer for the very poor service he was provided, and shortly after a few other complaints about Charles, I had to quit referring people to him. I lost $62,000 in equipment that insurance wouldn't cover and the theft completely destroyed my business.

Knoll is a good guy but had his equipment stolen, so he passed me to Charles Chambers - AKA "a tight seal" initial quote was 10/7/2013 via email. It was 10/18/2013 when I said ok lets do it. He told me he would be over to do it at least 3-4 different times and dates. Weather, a blown tire, a commercial job, all got in the way. The last time he said he was coming he didn't give any excuse at all. I thought after he came in person this last week he would finally show up on a Thursday, which got pushed to Friday, and then Friday to Saturday...
