All American Sub Zero service

Ray was excellent ! He came out four hours after I called when my sub zero stopped working . He arrived, diagnosed the problems and immediately fixed them. What I liked is how gracious he was on the phone and empathetic to the urgency. He also wanted to help me that day!! I didn’t deal with a receptionist it was him on the phone. He also didn’t try to tell me - replace the appliance! That is huge as he believes they are built to last! I needed to know that since the fridge I have is 25 years old and I LIKE it. Replacing it would mean replacing the separate freezer and then spending 20k on cabinet repair ! Ray is A++++ and I do not hesitate to refer him at all!!

I called them today and Ray showed up less than 2 hours after the call, fixed the fridge and gave me a complete overview of what was wrong! He took less than an hour to fix it and had the best customer service! The price for the repair was certainly affordable for a service that is so needed! Definitely #1 appliance repair service in Jacksonville! Thank you!

Stay away from this terrible company...Its basically just one person who handles everything from phone call to fixing the fridge. Not sure how qualified they are, or even if they are licensed or insured. I unfortunately had a water leak that I couldn't figure out. Thought I ask the "professionals" to assess and if there's something small maybe can get fixed at little cost. Due to COVID many of the bigger companies were so booked and couldn't send a tech till many days later. So I went on google and found this company. Decided to give it a shot even though only 5 reviews on here. This guys Ray comes next day. I just wanted to thank Subzero Repairs for helping me in on a short notice. The guys were hard working, they made me feel secure. The repairman worked very hard, and I was in touch with Samantha at the office. Everything was done as promised. My Subzero fridge works like perfect again.I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.
