He trimmed some trees for me and the people that work for him were all wonderful and did a great job except for a guy .who ripped me off for twelve hundred and fifty dollars . When i called up the owner, the head of the company. I told him he did not get a permit to cut the tree down. He didn't want anything to do with me, told me it was my fault. That He wasn't the one that was responsible for getting the permit and his guy who worked for him , gave me the wrong price. That it wasnt his fault and he blamed me because he gave me a price and I went by his price , I had a contract with him in writing. I Called him on the phone and he was extremely rude , and nasty to me , told me it was all my fault. Like I said , his workers except for one , we're extremely nice to me end did a great job.

I purchased firewood from this company and it was a complete crap show. I found an online listing from them and the were offering "seasoned oak firewood". I bought 3/4 of a cord from them which was more expensive than others but they were closer and available so I pulled the trigger. From what I gathered when I picked up the wood was that their main op is to cut trees as a service and they sell it as firewood on the side. The evening I picked up the firewood I tried to start a fire and couldn't get it going. I even lit a fire with dry wood that I had and tried to light their wood over it and it just wouldn't start. I contacted Shane Peterson (the owner) and brought the issue to him for a resolution. His response was that "all sales are final" despite him selling me wet wood. I told him to

Shane & his team did a fantastic job. Super kind & honest. Shane went above & beyond to plant six, double/triple 20' robellini palms on a last minute call, during the constant rain. He also did a complimentary, property grade after the job. He has all the equipment needed for any job. Highly recommend. Here's a photo of the robellini's before Shane replanted them. Dealing with rain from Francine, so we have not taken "after" photos yet... Thank you Shane!

Crew arrived quickly and managed the removal of our fallen tree. They cleaned up the driveway after (didn’t get a photo of that part). Reasonable cost.

Shane was Very responsive. He gave an estimate to trim up my out-of-control bottle brush and was able to do the work the next day. He did an amazing job of shaping it, and gave helpful advice on a palm. Very professional.
