Jerry if a very nice and kind spoken person. He lets you know everything upfront and keeps in contact throughout the process of repairs. He replaced a couple windows a year or so ago and I needed him again and reached out. So glad he’s still around because he does great work. I called jerry after an attempted break in at my home. Originally he did not have what I needed but remembered the call and checked at his shop later that day, called me back and was able to make the repair within 24 hrs of calling. He is kind, honest, responsive and performs quality work at a reasonable price. I hope to never need his services for the same reason but if I do, I will call him first.
