All Around Railings and Fences

An All Around - GREAT experience!! This was a REALLY big investment for my husband and I and we did shop around. James and Danielle hands down, were the best fit for us. Their professionalism and honesty are what worked for us. The other "big" company in Port St Lucie, was non-responsive and behaved as though we were a burden for requesting 2 quotes (one for a wooden fence, the other for vinyl.) I must mention, they knew I wanted 2 quotes before they even showed up to our property. James and Danielle heard us. They did not make us feel like we were an inconvenience for asking both prices. I shopped exhaustively & put all these companies through their paces. All-Around definitely EARNED my business because I was a pain during the quoting process. They were so patient and professional that despite not being the lowest price, I chose them. And boy, am I glad I did. A++! This operation is total class & I’d recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

I used this company after seeing all the google reviews. Not sure what happened but they seemed to have dropped their quality of work big time. I had to ask them to fix issues along the way like uneven spacing of the boards and leveling issues. They keep telling me that they don’t have enough people to work, however that’s not an excuse. They eventually ran out of the same material and ended up using leftover wood for the remainder of the fence. I asked them not to use the leftover wood but they did it anyway - now the fence doesn't match. I would not recommend this company. I typically like recommending great work, a handful of my neighbours had asked who did our fence, but had to tell them to use a different company that would care more about quality and customer service.

James was great to work with. He customized the 4’ fence to 3’ so we could have safety for kids while maintaining as much view as possible.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Poor communication throughout the entire process. I had to reach out to my sales person James for every update and when I asked about install after waiting almost 2 months I got the run around about how they were having problems with their installers and he was doing the installs. After getting my fence installed I realized they only quoted me for 3 side and had me sharing my neighbors fence line. When getting my quote me and James spoke about how I wanted my fence done I was very specific how me and my wife wanted the fence as this is an expensive project and I have 2 small children under 2 years old.
