I had an excellent experience with All Bergen Appliance. The owner was extremely helpful and spent a great deal of time with me trying to track down the correct repair part for my Samsung dishwasher. After striking out at a couple of other places, it was such a relief to find someone who truly cared about helping. She went above and beyond, patiently explaining everything and even finding me two different repair options. It’s rare these days to come across customer service like this. I would absolutely recommend All Bergen Appliance to anyone in need of appliance parts or assistance.

All Bergen Appliance is a lifesaver. My washing machine broke at the last minute, and I needed it repaired urgently. They didn’t hesitate and showed up the same day. The washer is now working like new. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

All Bergen Appliance is extraordinary. Flo and Mary are the best. I had an issue with my Kitchenaid dishwasher broken door handle and cold called them. Besides getting me set up for a next day service--thank you Flo--Mary spoke to me about the needed repairs. After texting a picture of the problem to Mary, and and then Mary reviewing it and sending me a schematic of the door and handle, she reasoned and explained to me what she felt was the problem and a way to fix it. It worked and I am grateful and thankful to Mary and Flo and All Bergen Appliance. I got lucky that my repair was fixable without a service visit. I called and was able to get help with my stove right away! Mary was really helpful and understanding of the problem and worked hard to get me a great price and get my issue resolved before I had family coming to visit! I will say that the first person I spoke to was less friendly, but I was able to get the help I needed and when I spoke to Mary I was very pleased. Thanks All Bergen!

All Star Alliance Service was amazing. Such sweet, kind, and dedicated customer service.
