I have dealt with countless plumbing companies that have resulted in many disappointments. I am not an individual that writes reviews but I would not feel right if I didn’t let everyone know. Real professionals that made us feel extremely comfortable. After getting 3 bids this company was not the cheapest but not the most expensive but the only company that explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to correct and maintain our new water heater. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Went above and beyond after installation to make sure everything worked like it should. All Calls Plumbing was called when I began to have my sewer back up for a second time. I had called another company 2 months prior and they assured me that cleaning out my sewer pipe was complete. The first company did not have the same level of machine tools that David used. I felt at home because David is local and a certified Master Plumber. His secretary was pleasant and encouraging that first day in a stressful situation. He was responsive and professional and worked with me to determine a couple of options. David was communicative every step of the way. He gave me an estimate and was honest with not doing more than my pipe system needed. I found All Calls Plumbing with a simple google search and reached out for an issue that needed immediate attention. The plumber was here within 40 min and not only handled the original issue but a secondary one that popped up unexpectedly. He was very kind and explained everything in detail to me. Both issues were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The prices were very reasonable. I have found my go-to for all my plumbing needs.

I have used All Calls for multiple services over the past 4-5 years. David is very knowledgeable and professional. However, my last experience leads me to provide caution before agreeing to their pricing. I had them replace a tub faucet cartridge. Although I did agree with the quote, I later discovered their charges were $300 compared to the same work performed from a previous service. Lowe’s carries the part for ~$80. They were on site for about an hour. It appears they’re either significantly marking up parts to the tune of 300-400% , or they believe their work garners $200-$300/hr. I raised this concern with their team so I could better understand the breakdown of their charges. They refused to provide a cost breakout and would not explain why the job was $300 more.
