Kenny, the tech, listened to what we had experienced (and the steps we’d already taken to address the problem). He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a solution, and promptly completed the repair with great workmanship. I would also like to call out that he shared his knowledge with us… he listened to us… he interacted with us—would I have been happy if all he did was fix our plumbing problem, yes.
