Even more impressive, they were able to schedule and complete the installation within 48 hours. The installation crew was exceptional. They were professional, incredibly helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable from a technical standpoint. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure we felt confident in the system before they left. This was truly one of the best contractor experiences we’ve had. ALL COLORADO RADON MITIGATION installed a radon mitigation system in our home on 11/7/2025. They did not discuss the design of the mitigation system with us prior to installation, even though we asked them about this in advance. Instead, they showed up with a design that conflicted with plans we'd made for our garage and basement--a design they'd made before we closed on this home. The lead installer said he'd "do his best" to accommodate our plans, then went ahead with his design, the only alteration to which made things worse, not better. The lead installer's dismissive attitude was unprofessional, in our opinion. They did not walk us through operation of the system before they left--and then left with the system in TEST mode. Consequently, we suffered through 3 days of the system c

The front desk receptionist when I called was very friendly and helpful and was able to answer all of my questions about what what needed to be done for remediation and the cost. The technicians doing the work were very friendly and explained clearly what they would be doing. The work was done quickly and great care was taken to clean up after finishing the job. Time was also spent with me after the job was completed to show me how to monitor the mitigation system in the future. I was also given a home radon test kit that needed to be done a month after the instillation. I was very pleased that the radon levels had dropped well into a normal range.

We had a radon system put in by another company, who did a terrible job and quite frankly was just a nightmare all around. All Colorado radon came out and assessed and gave us honest feedback back and options on what they thought best to do. They worked with us on pricing and were professional, kind and thorough. Day of they came out and discussed further and explained the need to return for safety as we had snow on the roof. They were so easy to work with, did a great job, explained how to check the system and when to call if anything failed. Overall an amazing experience and every single employee I interacted with was so easy to talk to and very professional and organized. Can’t recommend them enough!
