All Comfort Heating & Cooling

I have used All Comfort exclusively since their beginning. We’ve had two new heat pumps installed with zero problems. Staff is courteous and professional and thoroughly clean their foot print when finished. Highly recommended.

When our heat wasn’t holding the temperature during a recent cold spell we called All Comfort. The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She had us set up with a technician for the next morning. Adam and his helper arrived and diagnosed the problem. He offered to fix the issue but it would costly for an old unit that did not have much life left in it. We decided to have a new unit installed. Adam and his helper returned two days later to install the new unit and had us up and running in just a couple hours. Adam was super nice, courteous and knowledgeable. We are very happy with All Comfort’s service and definitely will recommend them to others.

I have used All Comfort for years with several issues on a new construction HVAC unit that developed problems with no service from the builder’s shady installation company. Most recently they helped get a unit running in a rental property that had an issue with an improperly installed drain pan. I trust Allen and highly recommend All Comfort for all HVAC needs.

Allen responded right away. He came within an hour of me calling and helped us identify the issue. He proposed an immediate fix and a longer term fix. He provided us all the information we needed to make an informed decision on next steps with the long term plan of replacing our upstairs unit.

I purchased an A/C- Heating unit from All Comfort last year. The techs displayed impeccable customer service. Earlier this month I noticed that my unit was not cooling off my home properly. Since I called after hours, a tech was not able to come until the following day. Unfortunately, the pressure switch needed to be replaced. Aaron, tech explained that the part needed to be ordered but he was able to keep the satisfactorily unit the new part came in. Even though the temp outside was 90 degrees, I was comfortable inside. Amanda called me on 9/16 to setup the appointment for servicing around my schedule. Aaron came on time and completed the service to my satisfaction. He showed me the parts that had burned out.
