Ron is PHENOMENAL!!! He is hands down the best technician I’ve ever worked with. He first came out and got my dryer fixed quickly and efficiently, and when my washer decided to go out the very next day, Ron immediately came back out and took care of it without missing a beat. He always knows exactly what the problem is and gets it fixed the right way. His knowledge, skill, and attention to detail are truly impressive. On top of that, he works incredibly well with my warranty company and makes the entire process completely seamless and stress-free. Ron is reliable, professional, fast, and extremely effective. He has officially earned my trust and will forever be my number one go-to technician. I cannot recommend him enough—top-tier service all around!!!

Ron, came out to complete the work order on my Maytag dyer. He completed the work within 20mins to replace a blower. He was nice and courteous and understood my frustration of not having the dryer for three weeks waiting on part and approval for work to be completed.
