All County Water

Jordan from All County Water was an absolute gem to work with. I called the company with what I thought was a small issue and it turned out to be my worst nightmare as my husband and I have only owned the home for 1 year. Jordan was professional and took the time to explain everything he could over the phone and diagnosed my problem of my pump going bad with the impellers degrading. I had asked if he could come out to inspect to see if there might be any other issues we were unaware of and he came out that same day. Once he was out here and did a full diagnosis, we thought we were going to have to schedule for a future appointment to have all the repairs done, but Jordan just smiled and said he could do it all now. He worked tirelessly into the night working by flood lamps and flash lights

Jordan at All County Water has been nursing our 60 year old well along for years until it was time for replacement. He came out the day after I called him even though I told him it wasn't an emergency. He knows what he is doing, is trustworthy, and has the equipment for a big job, our well is 147 feet deep. He was able to locate our buried well right away, other well services hadn't been able to find it. Besides being competent, he is personable and explained everything in detail, we learned a lot from the process. All the stars!

Jordan will ask multiple times for a positive review so beware the reviews here. They fixed my pressure switch but he claimed my pressure tank was bad and sold me a new tank for 2-3x what Lowes charges. He then proceeded to "help" me install it which was about 80-90% his work and conveniently not under warranty. I naively thought they were cutting me a break. The plumbing work had a leak, and they would not fix it since it was considered not under warranty. My advice if you use this company is to not let them touch your plumbing unless you're paying them to do so.

I called after a hard freeze caused some damage to our system, despite taking preventive measures. They were so helpful trying to diagnose the problem and get our pump functioning as quickly as possible, but didn't seem rushed or give me the impression that our problem wasn't important (I'm sure they were getting a LOT of calls that morning). Problem fixed, honest and generous with time and knowledge. If we ever need well service I'll be calling them first!

We had guests at our property when they reported there was a problem with the water. In less than several hours, All County Water completed from start to finish, a new pump for our well and had water back up for our guests. Both Jordan and Josh were highly responsive. Prices were fair. I waited to do this review to make sure everything was still working great and it is. This is the 2nd time we’ve used their services. Highly recommend!
