Our phone call was answered by the owner and the employee, Steve was at our home in less than two hours for a water issue.Steve was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, efficient and super communicative. He answered all of our questions, even after his work hours. He kept us updated and informed of everything. Over the course of the last week, what started with a nightmare situation turned into a controlled one with the help of All Dry. I've had the pleasure of working with Stephen, John, and Adrian to get my home dry, and they were excellent. I cannot emphasize enough how quick the response was. A 4am text was responded to and being worked on before 7am. After their services, a few days of dehumidifiers and fans, I am happy to know my home is safe. They've been an integral part in documenting and clarifying details to help get this process into the hands of my insurance company as well. I cannot recommend this team and this company enough.

We live in Indiana and own a condo in Florida. We had a water valve fail under the bathroom sink, flooding 3 rooms. John and his team took care of it exceptionally well, communicating with me at each step of the way. I have very rarely in my life experienced this high level of service and communication.

Wow, John and team really, I mean, really saved us! They were right on top of it, did an exceptional job, really thought about the best way to cost effectively dry our place out while helping to have a plan to put the bedroom etc back together.
