After a short, friendly conversation upon his arrival, he proceeded to climb on the roof to inspect the vent and check the airflow. After inspecting the lint trap and vent from the dryer to the wall, Mike informed me that no cleaning was necessary. It's comforting to know that there is no chance of fire. Mike is friendly, honest, meticulous, and provides exemplary customer service. I highly recommend his services.

Mike kept me informed about what he was going to do and showed me what he found with video and physical evidence. He left his working space very clean.
