Samantha at All Floors was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Her knowledge, experience, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions, offered great guidance, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Five Stars! All Floors did a fantastic job installing new stairs and new floors on the main level of our house. They earned 5+ stars for every aspect of the project, from front office support to pricing, scheduling, communication and installation. Candy and Alec were very helpful with selecting our floors, which was a big challenge because there are so many choices out there. We are thrilled with our selection and very impressed with the installation. Andre and his crew were respectful of our home, cleaned up each day, and most important, they are highly skilled, take great pride in their work and pay close attention to every detail. We purchased tile for our bathroom project. They were great in helping us select tile and place the order. Our order took longer than expected to arrive and we had to do a lot of checking to see if it had arrived.when our project was done, we had a full box of tile left over and returned it for a refund. Candy told us we could pick up a check in a couple days for the refund. We have called several times and left messages. As of today, they have not contacted us regarding the refund. We were also going to our purchase carpet but rethinking our carpet purchase. We were really trying to support a small local business.

These guys are GREAT!!! The have the highest caliber workmanship and will do everything they can to meet their deadlines.
