Had to get an extension spring kit replaced on my garage door and the entire experience was outstanding. Dionne is amazing and went above and beyond to make sure a technician will come out the same day. Chris was professional and did a great job with the repair. I highly recommend this company!

They dispatched their technician, Chris, who arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining the exact issues once he was able to assess my system. His work was quick and his results are outstanding. Now my garage door works and is running quieter than ever.

I called about 6 local garage door businesses to give me a quote to replace my door. Dionne was able to quote me over the phone from pictures, was aware of the lead time to get a door in gray with windows, and could also give me a timeframe to order the same stock white door and have it color matched and painted within 2 days. Although they weren’t the cheapest, she was able to coordinate everything quickly and took the stress out of me having to find a painter, etc. I highly recommend them.
